Felt welcomed the moment I walked in. Experienced and friendly staff. Felt zero pressure as I searched for the right glasses and was treated with kindness. Had a negative experience there years ago but thankfully this time, the staff were professional, polite and super friendly.

Great experience for arriving to completing my eye test. Friendly customer service as well as being totally professional. Decided not to pur have frames there as wanted to shop around - it was good not to feel pressurised into purchasing frames without having the opportunity to shop around. This was enabled by been given my prescription to help with that

I have never had a bad experience at Specsavers, Corby. The team there are all, considerate, friendly and helpful.
The service I?ve received there from my optician is first rate and I have never been dissatisfied with his recommendations for spectacles or treatment; I wouldn?t go anywhere else.

I would highly recommend Specsavers Audiology department?s services too as they diagnosed my hearing problem, offered me a choice of suitable hearing aids, and have been looking after me ever since. ??????????
Specsavers are definitely worth a call if you?re having problems with your eyes or ears.

Overall I am very happy with the team and the examination. The only thing missing for complete happiness is a larger selection of frames. Because glasses are bought for a longer period of time and there should be a maximum selection available so that the customer is fully satisfied. Overall I recommend this place with

Customer service was flawless... until they got my money. Prescribed me a pair of glasses that I didn't need, then tried to upsell me the correct glasses. Very rude when I went in for aftercare. Criminally bad. Go elsewhere.
