Useless store! Do not just drop in, i have probably been in here 20 plus times this year and not once have they had everything i need, and this isn't a recent issue just seems to get worse, they desperately need to sort out their stocking system

Often use the express checkout on the mobile app but seems walk-ins still get served quicker, as staff seem to prioritise people at the tills. Slightly annoying to have to wait longer for trying to use the supposedly more 'efficient' method.

Amazing staff at the trade counter.Andy helped me with my order by offering advice and alternatives when I couldn?t find the necessary tools.I bought a handful of tools for a new DYI project. Whether any of them will fail is another story ? but at least I know I can rely on people, and not robots. I would give 6 stars if I could because not many companies have such nice staff.
