I visited Screw fix on Sunday 22/9/2024 about 9.30am. Not sure of the blokes name, but he was very pleasant and polite.A joy to be served by him. I bought a rechargeable garage light. Well pleased with it at the moment.

Maybe I'm unlucky with this store... I buy from them when I need work done urgently, but it doesn't always work out quickly. Sometimes it?s faster to order with delivery on other sites than to pick up from them right away... It is in Corby that the store does very poorly.

This is imo the best Screwfix in the U.K. Lisa always sticks the kettle on and makes a banging cuppa. Ruth?s always smiling. Morgan and Adam are great lads and very knowledgeable. Merry Christmas have a great new year guys!!

Useless store! Do not just drop in, i have probably been in here 20 plus times this year and not once have they had everything i need, and this isn't a recent issue just seems to get worse, they desperately need to sort out their stocking system

Often use the express checkout on the mobile app but seems walk-ins still get served quicker, as staff seem to prioritise people at the tills. Slightly annoying to have to wait longer for trying to use the supposedly more 'efficient' method.

Amazing staff at the trade counter.
Andy helped me with my order by offering advice and alternatives when I couldn?t find the necessary tools.
I bought a handful of tools for a new DYI project. Whether any of them will fail is another story ? but at least I know I can rely on people, and not robots. I would give 6 stars if I could because not many companies have such nice staff.
