Been a customer at this shop for over a year. I have never really had a problem with them. As a Pet Club member I regularly buy my little dogs dry food on their click and collect site and they have only been out of stock on a couple of occasions when we were close to needing more. In that event I have shopped around or got his food from Amazon. However over a month ago I was prompted to buy his food on Pets at Home easy repeat. Great I thought, they will send it to me on a regular basis and I won?t need to collect it myself. So I ordered a bag of his food for delivery every 4 weeks starting in four weeks time sure in the knowledge he would have a regular supply without me having to shop around. Wrong! When the time came for the delivery I was sent a text with an email telling me they were out of stock and with no delivery date when I would get it. On a hunch I got on to my usual click and collect site for this shop and they had it on the shelf and I collected it just over an hour later. So much for easy repeat. I cancelled that straight away.

Yousef provided excellent customer service, helping us with the App and finding the correct water filter. He is an asset to the team. 5 stars for Yousef.

Patronising staff, they sell cages and when you want to buy one, they will tell you that it is not suitable even though they keep more pets like hamsters or rabbits in a smaller space together. I have never met any staff like that in my life. Like you can't buy a pet because they will prove you wrong. So why do you sell a cage for hamsters which is available to view online and it is designed for a hamster... We left saddened. If you want a positive experience do not go there. Patronising to say the least.

Well stocked pet shop in a retail park with a good selection of other stores around it, together with free and easy car parking. This Pets at Home store is pretty similar to other stores in the chain - almost everything for your pet, and even pets if you don't already have one, plus a team of friendly and helpful staff ready to advise and assist.

Really nice people clean and a steady flow of people we switched from our vets for pets in luton my only gripe is we were unable to transfer our old vets for pets scheme which we had been for over 10 years. But the vet was very nice and really knowledgeable so overall a great experience.
