“Been a customer at this shop for over a year. I have never really had a problem with them. As a Pet Club member I regularly buy my little dogs dry food on their click and collect site and they have only been out of stock on a couple of occasions when we were close to needing more. In that event I have shopped around or got his food from Amazon. However over a month ago I was prompted to buy his food on Pets at Home easy repeat. Great I thought, they will send it to me on a regular basis and I won’t need to collect it myself. So I ordered a bag of his food for delivery every 4 weeks starting in four weeks time sure in the knowledge he would have a regular supply without me having to shop around. Wrong! When the time came for the delivery I was sent a text with an email telling me they were out of stock and with no delivery date when I would get it. On a hunch I got on to my usual click and collect site for this shop and they had it on the shelf and I collected it just over an hour later. So much for easy repeat. I cancelled that straight away.”
