Only two staff members who aren?t rude and actually listen to what you?re asking for. Always cancelling items on delivery saying they?re out of stock or sending the wrong items but send someone to the shop 5 minutes later and I guarantee the stock is right there

?Used? this shop twice in the last 6 months, first time I went to get some lunch on my way to work for night shift and they shut the shop more than 30 minutes early so I got nothing; second time was this morning to deliver a parcel which has to be posted today and based on their opening hours of 06:00 - 23:00 I decided to post it on my way to work this morning rather than last night. According to one stop website and Evri I should have been able to post my parcel from 06:00. I sat outside the shop from 05:55 until 06:20 when I had to go to work and the shop was still closed with shutters down. Now I?ve got to beg work for half a day holiday to post a parcel !!!!!

Says opens at 6am very rare went this morning at 6.30am still not open few people waiting but manager came just gave dirty looks every time she walked by. One old lady asked why its always late open manager's reply was very rude won't use ever again shocking and terrible service. ?

I went in to collect my parcel as my email said I had until today to collect it and as I have to work i could only collect it today, I went in and they had already sent it to return! The manager that I spoke to was extremely rude and was absolutely no help, she had an attitude from the start and she asked me to prove I had the email that shows the date I had to collect it by so I made a second trip to go and show her and she still refused to give it to me and she asked if I could come back at a different time and I explain to her that I couldn?t as I have work. So unfortunately I?ve gone without my parcel thanks to the one stop.

A good shop with plenty choices.Long opening timesOnly down side is staff turn over which is massive, almost different staff on a weekly basis, with only 2 maybe 3 staff that have been there long term.

dropp off Evri, the worst place in Corby, they have problems with everything all the time. I was around again today, I had two packages I thought I'd leave here. of course I heard that they can't take the packages now that I have to come back later. if it's too complicated for you, break the contract with EVRI, other stores have no problems.

Not a good place to work, don?t recommend. Beyond stressful being left to stand on the shop floor usually on my own and manage tills, delivery coming in and having to manage Uber Eats, Just Eat and Deliveroo as well at the same time. Gave me severe mental health issues <3

Not taking parcels and it happend multiple times before. What Evri/Hermes is paying you for ??Horrible customer service? not recommend at all. Waste of time, pass this shop and go to another place where you can be treat as a real customer.
