Get a machine that works so you can put in delivery numbers. Staff should notice when the amount of people waiting to pick up in-store deliveries gets above 10 & aim to clear it asap. And get staff who know what to do, that don't tell you that you have the item when clearly you do not/tell you it's not in when you have had the text or email & them bring it out after eventually looking. Poor.

A member of staff very rude and unhelpful when asked where an item of clothing was. Never offered to show me herself and told me to stand back when accidentally moved near her. I know there is a pandemic but this was OTT behaviour. Not a pleasant shopping experience and will be in no hurry to return.
