Normally enjoy a Nandos, but this time felt different.had a sharing platter and a starter, arrived in that order, the platter cooling rapidly while we waited for the starter. We did ok ick whilst waiting. Service felt laboured so didn't inject any delight being there. Canned beer was expensive, won't do that again.

Me and my daughter visited the place for the first time. We ordered chicken butterfly, fully loaded chips and mushroom & halloumi pitta. The food was tasty with friendly and polite service. It's a lovely place with nice atmosphere. Definitely will come back again.

Wait 10 minutes to be seated, restaurant was empty and loads of staff just ignoring customers. Staff unhelpful in explaining what foods were not available. Drinks arrived 15 minutes after ordering, had to chase the kitchen for them. 4 members of staff stood there watching me get my own cutlery - how is this the future of dining/service? 2 of our meals turned up 10 minutes before the other 2 - so half of us were almost finishing before the rest got their food. App doesn't let you search, must scroll the menu. You choose something from the menu only to not find it in the app (after scrolling for 2 minutes) because it is out of stock. The bread was stale (burger rolls and garlic bread, which are made from the same stuff). The chicken was good (2 stars)

The service and atmosphere is good, but I don't know how any restaurant can justify charging so much for chicken. I've worked it out and I could buy the exact same thing I'd order, including marinades AND a disposable BBQ, from a supermarket for almost 4x less. I get that it's a proper restaurant but the markups are astronomical. Between 3 people we spent almost £60 here and none of us were full. I don't really like being negative, but I have to be honest. The food itself is nice but there's no way I'll pay those prices again as a normal working class person.

Food arrived cold and not cooked, would not recommend to anyone, tried to complain to the complaints department but I was just told that as it arrived before the expected time they can?t do anything about it.
Shocking customer service no one should expect uncooked food.

I ate here for the first time with my family. It was a lovely atmosphere, the staff were polite and very pleasant. The food was absolutely lovely. We had an amazing time! The place was clean and they had crayons and colouring pages for the kids too.
Kid-friendliness: There are options on the menu for children, they provide colouring pages and crayons to keep them occupied until the food arrives.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is plenty of space for wheelchair users and people needing aided help to walk.
