Came here one evening to buy some cold drinks. Since they were operating the hatch only, I asked for some apple juice and fizzy orange I was told they didn?t have that. Compete lie. The indifference was startling and I ended up for apologising to him for wasting his time by asking him to stop fiddling on his phone and serve an actual customer. Appalling

Absolutely disgraceful since the take over, All the staff are now incredibly rude and couldn?t care less what your issue is, I went in yesterday, and bought items which made it to £7.35, I payed with a £20, and the idiot gave me £2.50 change!, It took some convincing for the guy to acknowledged he messed up and owns me over £10 more. He even admitted that ?he got confused? and he thought I payed with a £5 note ? and started huffing and when I asked for a receipt check, He clearly doesn?t care for his customers, he?s weird and deserved to be fired! Also near by staff also didn?t seem to care, appalled and won?t be returning. Also to the owner, don?t send an apology and a link to sort it out, as it won?t help. Night staff are useless, after he brought the wrong thing 3 times decided to go to the one on Cottingham Road, got the list right first time it?s not hard.

Lovely women who worked in here today. There were some issues with an idiotic driver who started shouting at one of the employees; there seemed to be an altercation between the two whilst in their cars, in actual fact he almost pulled out in front of us too! So we?re totally on her side ? Unfortunately didn?t get their names, but I hope her and the colleagues sticking up for her have no more issues. Thanks for the lovely service guys! ?

I regularly fill my car up there, however when I came there on my motorcycle they wouldn't start the pump I asked why they said I had to pay first I said I don't know how much it is to fill up, I also said never been asked this before which the reply was this is policy. I asked why your not asking car drivers the reply came because I'm on a motorcycle. This is not good treating anyone on a motorcycle like a criminal. The amount of motorcycles on the road is very small and the amount of petrol they hold is small most of theft of petrol is done by cars with false number plates but they aren't doing this to car drivers because if they did they would have no customers basically it is picking on the minority, I won't be filling my car up there again, they over priced anyway, only went there for the higher octane fuel for the bike.

However, I would suggest a slight improvement: enhancing the visibility of these cherished treats. Their current placement, though intriguing, might make them easy to miss for fellow enthusiasts. A more prominent display could help ensure that no one misses out on this exquisite confection, allowing all visitors to indulge in their favored sweet delights effortlessly.
Overall, Morrisons deserves a resounding five stars for managing to stock such a sought-after product, ensuring that shoppers like myself leave with our cravings satisfied and our spirits lifted. Their effort to include a diverse range of products, even in limited space, is truly commendable.

Visited at 1am. Lad who was working was polite & friendly. This is a Morrison Local now and you cannot access the store 24hrs a day like other garages.

Came here at 1am for a few snacks and the man serving me was extremely rude?couldn?t answer my questions & seemed like I was a burden to his night for coming to the window. Then proceeded to roll his eyes when he bought the wrong thing to the window and said sorry I asked for the other ones. On top of this he charged me more than the items cost, won?t be coming back.
