The Corby branch is the best one to visit. From the top management down to the staff, everyone is exceptional. Steven, in particular, is an amazing person?he's the best I've ever met. He always has time for everyone, no matter what time you arrive; he is always there for me.

Avoid, don?t waste your time.
Booked an appointment online to have my car air con re gassed, when I turned up the man on the desk said that the aircon machine had been broken for over two months and they were not sure when it was going to be fixed.
Despite knowing this they still allow aircon bookings and didn?t have the decency to call me to let me know when they looked at the diary for the day.
A wasted 20 mile round trip.

I turned up just after 4pm with a flat tire without a booking. They were already fully booked for the rest of the day but still managed to fit me in. It was all done by 5:30pm. Very helpful, very friendly and very efficient. I was totally impressed with the service I received.

Honestly could not fault the service I received.
Took a car in which another garage(main dealership in Kettering) had claimed they had done the work (brought 7/7/25, went back 21-07)
George was amazing. So honest and showed me the proof of what needed doing and how they had essentially done a less than standard job
Explained what my rights were and was so incredibly helpful.
He even rang me - few hours later to check I?d been back to the dealership to get things sorted
Went above and beyond!
Highly recommend this place - especially George

*Edit* First time I went to this branch, from start to finish they did a great job. Returned to them a few weeks later for a puncture repair and what an opposite experience, Marcus is rude and incompetent lied to my face and I watched as he lied to another customer while I was there, absolute terrible customer service, 1 puncture 3 visits and still not sorted!! I will NEVER return to this branch again!
