It was my 3rd time there trying to replace my Calor gas bottle. It was raining and I was told to wait outside as cashier had to serve some other people. I've been waiting 15mins on the pouring rain only to realise that cashier forgot about me and found him chit-chatting over his mobile behind the till.
Also I had to juggle empty bottles in the cage myself, as guy serving me wasn't able to lift 6kgs bottle. This place is a joke.

Absolutely disgusting place. They are booked like parcel click and collect point but they occasionally sending them back for no reason due unprofessional staff. When coming to collect and asking what's the reason the answer is it was colleagues not me.Lost a lot money and time. Avoid them at all costs. Don't even buy anything from them or fuel up.

Staff her are always grumpy. Also dont take mirror vouchers for the newspaper. I only call in here as a last resort.

Unbelievably rude. The most ignorant person I have EVER been served by. Could not be bothered to say hello, please or thank you.If I see him behind the counter next time I need to fill up, will drive off and refuel elsewhere. Don't see why I should help to pay his wages? His name AKIL ?
