Been to JD recently
Customer service is horrible. There is actually only 1 lady staff who helped us. The rest of the team is just not interested in customers.

Purchased a top online. Arrived with a small hole in the chest of it. Went into the shop to return and the woman in the shop reluctantly took it as a return.
Told her it was damaged and she said its fine, someone will buy it. I said but there's a hole in it and she didn't say anything. I clearly said its faulty.
Check your goods!!! Probably faulty and returned, and put back on the shelf ? ? lazy, couldn't be bothered processing it as a faulty return.. daft woman.. the hole will just get bigger in the wash..

I tried to buy a tshirt , that was an issue to remove security clips , that was nice lady by the till which tried resolved , however rest of team completely ignore issue and even no try resolved. Landed with no shopping and don't think will be back again

Good for designer sports gear, however they do go OVERBOARD with the prices and if you order online you have to have spent a minimum of £70 before you qualify for free delivery, come on, who came up with that ridiculous number?

We returned a child's jacket to the Corby store, as it was too small and simply wanted an exchange jacket. The jacket was purchased less than a week ago in the Kettering store, with labels attached and full receipts.The female assistant in Corby was very rude and abrupt, checking the jacket and saying it had been worn, with marks on it, which we could not see !! The jacket had not been worn, as it was a Christmas present for our grandson.She mumbled something and took the jacket to one of her colleagues, before returning again. She mumbled again, indicating that we could get a replacement jacket.This assistant was extremely rude and I told her so.Terrible customer service.

We came to JD Sports in Corby to have a little look around for something specific but I couldn't find it sadly. I was looking for some gloves to use for the gym but that's not their fault.We arrived and I was very impressed with what they had to sell, a lot of shoes in the back that were well designed and lots of styles to choose from.I particularly liked their running shoes range and while it is on the pricy side you do get what you pay for when you buy products from JD Sports. There are also exclusive brands too which are only available within the company which you can tell via a gold tag.We were satisfied with our visit despite not being able to find what we were looking for.
