Been on holiday with them pre covid. Nice clean comfortable coaches with a safe friendly driver. I have been trying to find out if they are still in business but to no avail. Their web site is two years out of date. So your guess is as good as mine. Shame.

A great small local travel company. Here you get the personal service it's so hard to find with big companies. Real value for money and I can't understand people who want to pay bargain prices and then moan when because they expected 5 star accommodation. No complaints at all we were delighted with the service we got.

They simply ruined our holiday. I would put 0 if I could. We stayed in a filthy shabby hotel. Dirty windows you could hardly see through it, broken toilet, dusty, scratched, broken old furniture. Chairs with menstrual blood on seats. No WiFi. The trip to Belgium and France was just a joke. 90 min in Ostend and 40 min is a warehouse like store outside of Calais all we got. We left hotel at 7am, arrived at 9pm. Stuck in a tunnel for 6 hours. No apology, no information. No WiFi in the coach, no sockets to charge mobile. When asked a driver to bring us back on time, stated at their paperwork, the driver said he decides where to go and when to bring us back. I am going to sue the company to get a refund. Very unfriendly, unhelpful and disrespectful towards their clients. Do not recommend it.

They forgot to collect my 81 year old mum, whos ticket clearly said time and collection point. All phone numbers were answer phones. It was only her friend at the next stop that let her know what was going on and they were coming back for her. Finally picking her up over an hour late on a rainy day. Firstly spoiling my mums day and delaying everyone else.
