Every time that I needed, the customers service in Halfords were excellent. They always helped me in everything, I?m impressed by this company and just recently in Corby, two incredible staff members Ben and Beck, helped me to sort out one of my purchase. Incredible people doing incredible things and finding solutions to my situation. I work with marketing for years, and customers service is such a strong point to any business, and Halford team are nailing it perfectly every time.

Excellent customer service despite being overwhelmed with customers at times during peak moments. Staff remain polite and professional, very knowledgeable. The store offers a great service for cyclists and motorists and pricing is clear and structured. Pricing for motoring repairs is on the he billboard in-store behind the counter. Always ask if you are after something specific not on display as the product/ and or service, may be on the website and the staff can advise you. Great store, well run with the right staff.

Update your opening times, it?s pathetic when people check the opening times and instead of you guys being open, your closed.
People have better things to do than waste their time with things like this, btw today is Sunday and it says you close at 5pm and during the week you close at 8pm which is also not true, it?s now 4.34 pm so it?s not that I was late.

So very pleased that I visited Halfords today. Just wanted to check that the tread was ok on my tyres. I also wanted to know where I could get my air-con gased. They did 10 point check and sorted air-con.

Had my sons bike for over a week, never phone to update me, hardly ever have a bike technician in to fix bikes and never answer their phone!
Useless. Will take to kettering or just go elsewhere in future.

Never answer the phone, even head office cant get hold of the store. Had bike in for repair and no communication for a week.
Very rarely have a cycle technician in. Honestly go to Kettering
