?I was very shocked by the behavior of the staff. I arrived 5 minutes early and waited to collect my items. When I approached to collect, I was told that they couldn?t give me anything because the ?Collect? button could only be pressed after the exact time had passed.
After me, another person arrived who clearly knew the staff and seemed to be friends with them. They handed her a surprise bag and said the following: ?Wait a moment, let me give you something warm,? and also gave her a larger bag ? meaning more items. I saw her choosing the bag herself.
I pointed out that this didn?t seem fair, and I was told to wait. Despite the fact that I was the first one there, I received only a small bag. When I asked why, I was told again that I had to wait.
To me, this felt unprofessional and possibly influenced by the fact that I am a foreigner.?

I?m local and in 3 years I?ve never seen a staff member here look like they want to be there. Shelves are always empty no matter the time, and when you ask if more is coming, it?s always ?that?s it for today.? Poor service, poor selection ? no wonder it?s always dead.

Breakfast rolls served until 11 am but at 10.50, they had stopped serving them! Not as if they were busy but not surprising with that attitude.

An incredibly busy little shop with a dedicated and impressive team. Constantly well-stocked and clean despite how busy it always seems to be.The staff are always welcoming and helpful even when there's lines out the door or people complaining at the counter. Staff are nothing but friendly and courteous.Despite rising prices across the nation a full meal is still reasonably cheap here too. Definitely a worthwhile stop if you're passing by.

I go to Gregg's all over the country and this has to be the worst.....1030am no bacon or sausages nothing for breakfast .. sausage rolls and steak bakes were so cold tasted like they had been there ages ..and to top it off my cup of tea was given to me with a broken tea bag so I had tea leaves in my mouth ..not at all a nice experience..this needs to be sorted

Come here every week to get my O2 priority Coffee and for the last few months they have been unable to use the QR code from the app but apologised and give me the coffee without scanning, however.I arrived today to get a coffee with the code and was told the till won?t accept the app and that I will have to pay ( no apology ).To which my response was ?I understand however this haven?t been a problem for months and it?s usually given to me, is it possible to speak to a supervisor?. The lady (Courtney) turned round and said ?Im the supervisor here today, however this is not my normal branch and I?m not in the mood to argue?Which as you can imagine this was a complete shock as I had not spoke with any attitude or aggression and this was how I was being treated.Not only myself but also the person behind me was in shock and as I was walking out the kind gentleman offered to by my drink, which I thanked but declined, as it wasn?t that I didn?t have the money, it was the pure disrespect of which I received, I wanted to just get out of the situation.Now, I understand that all people can have bad days, but when you work in retail you don?t push this onto you customers.SHOCKING

I would have given it a no star but it wouldn't give me the option I ordered a sausage bean and cheese slice but when I got it,it was stone cold if I wanted cold beans I would have opened a tin of them

Amazing service the Man Behind the Counter recognise my daughter was wearing at 10 badge, wished her a very happy birthday and said she could choose a doughnut.
My daughter Jessica was very happy and excited and made her day🙂🙂🙂
