Took phone in to have rear glass changed as crack glass was told a price a price and agreed two days later was phone and told they broke front screen they give a price to replace which I think I should not have to pay for but phone no good with crack front screen so was given a price to do both but when I went to pick it up the price had gone up but they only take cash so had to pay to get phone back . So I warn people to stay clear they are rip off company

I personally think it?s a scam. They took ages to get my phone back unfixed. And they removed my phone from my personal ICloud without even asking me. Don?t trust them they will scam you.

I have taken my iphone (several times), our son's iphone and friends phone to Free Fusion for various fixes and they are always fixed well and at an affordable price. I am always helped by friendly and knowledgeable staff and given a receipt after. I would always recommend their services.

I used Free Fusion's services a few weeks ago. My iPhone 12 was flooded with water. After reporting, I received a quick response. The battery and screen needed to be replaced. Service took approximately 72 hours and currently phone works very well. Excellent Customer Service, nice lady at the reception :). Prices also are satisfactory compared to competitors. I can definitely recommend Free Fusion.

I had a terrible mishap with hot coffee when I accidentally spilled an entire mug on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. It stopped working just a minute later, and I was thrown into a panic as I scrambled to find a trustworthy repair service. That?s when I came across Free Fusion. Booking their water damage repair service for my iPhone 15 Pro Max was surprisingly straightforward. I mailed my phone to them for repairs, and within 48 hours, I had it back, fully functional. I couldn?t be happier with the results! The communication throughout the process was excellent, and their customer service team was both helpful and knowledgeable. They also provided a warranty for the parts used. Overall, I?m very happy with the service I received.

Shame I?m having to do this as I?m not normally one to write reviews so I?ve had 5 weeks from hell with this company when I first sent my phone off it was promised a 2 day turn around I didn?t get it for 6 days after. Also at first the service seemed pretty good they communicated well. I got my phone back a few minor scratches where they had removed the old screen they did a pretty good job. As I get a few days into using my phone my screen starts to flicker from light to dark and have specles on it as I assume this will go over time I left it two days later I woke up and couldn?t use my phone down to half the screen not working the more I try to get it to work the more lines appear on my screen as I was annoyed I?d just spent 145 pounds on a screen for it to break within a week so I called the shop they was great asked me to send it back said they would fix it soon as I got off the phone sent pictures it was all my fault I?d dropped it again not taken care of it. I left it a week with the phone in there care heard nothing back so I had to call they didn?t let me know this until I called them that they wasn?t going to fix my phone because I?d broken it again and also that the marks on the phone that was there from the first drop was new marks and that this was the impact point form the new drop. All in all experience they turned around and offered to nock 10 pounds off my next bill for them to fix the phone so I?d be 280 pounds out of pocket with a company that was rude to me and disrespectful not listening to a word I say. I?m writing this as a warning because they don?t follow the customer care act properly and don?t look after there clients I?m sure people have had good experiences with the company but now I?m left having to handle this situation with citizens advice where I have evidence to back my claim of faulty tech in my phone. I?m still waiting on my phone to be sent back to me two it?s been with them for 2 weeks now which is not a fast turn around. I?m also seeing reviews about them replacing parts with cheep parts so I will be taking my phone to be tested when it?s back. These are dying to prove themselves on the bad reviews by outlining certain things like they have done to me.
