First time going into corby branch of ee today and was very impressed,Im not used to customer service this good.had a problem with my ee sim and was met by Russel.he sorted the problem within 10 minutes and was extremely knowledgeable,polite,friendly and an absolute credit to this store.would highly recommended this store to anyone.

I popped in this morning, they quoted me more than double of other network providers. Been a EE customer for last 17 years and they did nothing to keep me.

Called in this EE shop not my local one, Daniel was really helpful and patient sorting my brother in-law phone out for me. He spent almost two hours doing it. Great service and very helpful staff.Would certainly recommend.

Although the products work well and the service at the time appeared to be helpful. The assistants in store mis-represented information in order to sell me a higher priced product. Will never return to the store now due to that, would much rather use the EE website.

Signage about where one should stand is not clear. I moved to see it properly, staff member rushed over and was most aggressive. Second staff member quickly moved in and was clearly used to this problem. Extra staff training urgently needed.
