Diamond Hands are a very poor care provider. Some of the staff are nice enough but lacking in common sense and basic cleanliness.The managers were so defensive when any concerns were raised to them regarding the service they were providing to the patient. They never returned our calls when we raised a concern. On occasions they would leave patients in bed for almost 15 hours which is not acceptable but the management team didn't give a s**t about the long term impact this may have on an elderly patients. If you can then be sure to avoid them!

Diamond hands care for my grandad thay are absolutely fantastic at what thay do extremely caring and the communication with them and his family is excellent thay go above and beyond there duties I couldn't wish for a better care team thanks for all you do claire
