Great service from staff who really know their products. Had to purchase a new integrated fridge freezer after the condenser broke beyond repair on my current one.
A member of staff managed to help me find and purchase a new Kenwood one that would fit the current specs required for a new integrated system. They made the process quick and straightforward. They will also install the new one and remove the old one too. Fantastic service all round.

Washing Machine Woes: A Review of Currys
I am writing to express my significant disappointment with a washing machine purchased from Currys approximately 4-5 months ago.
Shortly after purchase, the machine began causing small holes in my clothes. Upon contacting the store, an engineer visit was arranged. Unfortunately, this visit proved unhelpful. The engineer simply advised me to use a lower spin speed, which did not resolve the issue.
Left with no solution from Currys , I did directly contact Haier, the manufacturer of the appliance. Their support team was far more thorough and diagnosed the problem as a faulty drum. The drum has since been replaced by the manufacturer.
While I appreciate the manufacturer's eventual resolution, the initial service from currys was severely lacking. Best option for next time purchase straight from the manufacturer.

Bought a cooker found it had a fault took it back and exchanged it not a problem staff very helpful. And friendly.

Went to buy tv. Five people, shop staff standing around the table and chilling - discussing what they will doing at summer time, and 0 attention.After 20 min, wait, i ask if anyone can help. Definitely not recommend Corby Curry's

'Liv' our assistant couldn't be more helpful. My elderly mum wanted a new phone and a tablet and Liv talked her through the different options, and recommended what she thought would be appropriate. And having both devices at home now she was correct. Liv answered all my questions and mums questions and was very patient. Mum also took a funny turn and other staff members raced to help. I cannot fault the staff, and there was a good range of products.

I went into curry's to buy a mobile broadband dongle. And met Jay who was really engaged in getting me sorted. Got all the way to the end of the process and the computers broke down so Jay told me he couldn't get it set up. So he suggested a pay as you go dongle which i then purchased. And went home a few weeks later I got a bill from 3 saying I owed them £30 so I went and visited the store and spoke to Jay who didn't seem interested in sorting my problem out he remembered me and said he would sort it out and ring me. But he didn't and I then got another bill from 3 so I tried to sort it out with 3 that was useless and I went back to Jay who promised he would sort it and ring me back ( again ). And guess what he didn't. So I did a visit to the three shop they couldn't help sent me back to curry's and after a long currys webchat ( you can't email customer service) I was told wrong customer services so I wouldn't recommend corby currys or customer services. It's very disappointing.

Currys has a wide selection of electrical goods - fridge, freezer, TV, cleaners, washing machines, mobile phones, etc. Good prices. However, service was dreadful. It seemed like they were understaffed. There was no one to help with a mobile phone purchase. I eventually joined the queue of people paying for items. Then, they did not have the product in stock. I ordered online and received an email to collect, but it was not ready when I went in.

If I could leave negative stars I would. Deffo doesn't even deserve a 1!
Taken a day off work and waited in all day for a fridge freezer that isn't being delivered because the driver had met his hours for the day!
What kind of poor organisation is this? Scheduling deliveries after the drivers allowed time?
Went straight into Corby's Currys at phoenix park way to complain, cancel order and get a refund! No apologies given no compensation for a days wages lost just a receipt for a refund and sent on my way! Absolutely disgusting customer care and service, I will not be buying from Currys again and I will be warning others off!
