This review is based on one of your workers who unfortunately is rude. Which is a sad reflection on the others who work there. No name badge which might be common practice or perhaps they are aware of their lack in curtesy. The worker was wearing a red (with white writing on it) lanyard and was on the tills at 11.40 on the 28/12/24 and has blonde hair.
No need for such behaviour and to be at the tills to speak poorly to customers is atrocious.
There wasn?t a lot of people and to speak to a stranger in an aggressive tone who was queuing with his family was completely unnecessary and unacceptable. The worker wouldn?t know that the man she was sharp to is autistic and struggles in such environments. All that was needed was a kind ?excuse me? and a quick gentle explanation to stand further to one side like most would do. Very poor customer service. The lady who actually served us seemed overly kind which perhaps was aware of her colleague?s behaviour.
Hope this review will give the feedback the store needs to reflect upon and improve.

came in to get some birthday bits for my partner, lots of staff on so didn?t have to wait too long in the queue, the colleague i spoke to was really nice :-)

Great price and great shop!! Blonde woman behind counter EXTREMELY rude to an elderly woman who was a little slow at getting her card out. She handled the situation horrible and laughed about it with her coworker. The customer must of been in her late 80s and the blonde loud girl behind the till tried to embarrasses her by saying ' come on I haven't got all day to stand here' some customer service training needed. So disrespectful

The amount of pick pockets in this shop is shocking yet the shop choose to only have cctv at the door, surely they can afford to step up their security in there? Very poor show from such a popular nationwide store.

Really great priced shop but overheard one of the staff members being EXTREMELY rude to an elderly gentlemen who was confused when he couldn?t pay cash. She handled the situation horrible and laughed about it with her coworker. Really disappointing to see customer service workers treat someone like this, all that was needed in the situation was a little bit of patience!!

The Cardfactory in Corby is a card shop that sells anything you might need for a special event, it's good value for what you get and I do like that they have additional products you might need for presents too. I like that they are also mindful of any seasonal holidays and ensure that they have the cards for that too. They do not post the cards for you but there is a nearby postbox you're able to use. The staff are lovely and the shop is always clean and bright.

It's a value card shop, can't really say much more than that. The queues move slowly, but the product is cheap.
