Customer service varies dramatically depending on shift to with some staff having no customer service manners and not even providing required information at times. Food is usually good but staff will serve one person and walk off without checking if anyone else present is ready to order.

Visited at 1935hrs mid week. Place looked like they were 5 minutes before closure. Chairs all stacked up. Looked dirty, tired. Staff served us cold fries. Served food with unloved hands. The whole place looked dull. I didn't enjoy my meal

Called in for lunch. I had to use the toilet the toilet was disgusting it smelt and had not been cleaned from the previous day. The floor was very dirty no toilet roll which I asked at the counter. They said they would see if they had any up stairs. They brought down not even half of roll. I collected my food and sat down but did not eat it as I was put off it after the toilet fiasco. The 3 people working where barely teens and did not know much. I will not use burgerking again

Kid-friendliness: To dine in, I find it nice for a family to sit in for breakfast/lunch/dinner, nothing fancy and quite chill.

staff are very polite and always make sure the orders are correct, service was amazing and the food was great. very clean environment & overall a great place to eat!!
