“I could not speak highly enough of this team. First class customer service, first class product knowledge and first class happy team. Nothing is/was too much trouble. Cara was the most helpful person I have met working in a trade centre environment, "a cheery smile and a nothing is too much trouble, attitude". Rob the driver put our goods exactly where we needed them and saved our installers days of work. Mark the MKM director advised and resolved a minor issue in less than 1 minute. All I can say is the company "YES" the electrical trade/retail company should send ALL of their customer service teams to meet Cara, learn from her and see how it is done.
