2 mins into conversation trying to find an old account at a previous address, I realised why I hadn't used Barclays in years. Inflexible, rules is rules attitude. Wouldn't accept my current Photo driving licence with current address, my current Barclaycard credit card, current statement showing old account details or my email that receives info about the acount as I.D. They would only accept my passport without any address. Go figure. Waste of 10 mile drive and parking fee.
