Joke of a place, notice states closing at 8pm, although they close the blind at 4:30pm, even tho it actually closes at 5pm. Went in next day at 12pm and the blind was down, lights on and no service again no notice whatsoever.

I collect my prescriptions once a month. They're always ready, and I've never had an issue collecting my medication or experienced any delays. The opening times are great and the staff are very friendly and helpful

Popped in Saturday after getting an e prescription and boots didn?t want to know and basically called me a liar ? because the doctors are not open on Saturdays? and told me to go else where. The lady?s here where amazing and very helpful couldn?t recommend enough I know where I shall be going in future thank you again for the great service ??

Worst decision moving to this chemist. Extremely rude, and I always phone ahead to let them know I'm coming for my prescription, they say that's fine, I then turn up and they are closed!!!!! So, I end up sitting in the car until they re-open ?

Actually well stocked they have some meds we can't get anywhere else in town without ordering in advance. Having said that I'm fed up with the place. They close the place for half an hour so they can go for lunch at the same time??! Like yeah great, I'll go sit in the car for half an hour shall I? Beyond annoying especially when they do it an hour before they close. All go on lunch together and come back off half an hour before they close ? real helpful that ?

Pharmacy staff are extremely rude and unprofessional. I ordered my prescription 72 hours ago and they told me I may have to wait an additional 5 days. Never had so much trouble from a pharmacy. It is unacceptable. They are slow and rude. I have changed pharmacies after the appalling service yesterday. I highly reccomed that anyone going to this pharmacy should change where you get your prescriptions to save disappointment, and to ensure you are treated with respect, and to get your medication in a correct and timely manner. My partner has also experienced the same level of rudeness and incompetence from Asda pharmacy. If I could leave less than one star, I would. Asda pharmacy: do better.

Not enough staff and don't know what they are doing. Won't answer the phone. Waited in the queue 25 minutes to be served and further 20 minutes for them to find our prescriptions.
