I went to collect my items that I had ordered online . The lady was very rude and patronizing when I asked where to find my collection code as I hadn?t ever collected an item from store before . She then went and got another lady to finish off my collection and I presume she couldn?t be bothered to help anymore .

The store itself is great, but as usual you will always find a grumpy employee who seems to be there for no reason. Just like in other stores too. But it is rare to find people who serve you with a smile on their face.

Customer service AWFUL.
Whilst waiting to be served, I witnessed an elderly lady who was struggling to stand whilst a member of staff was dealing with her. Told the elderly lady to come back when she had more time to deal with her issue. Staff member could of simply ask her to take seat and wait. Staff member manner was nothing short of disgusting. Janet is the member of staff in question.

We went to Argos today in Corby to get some weightlifting gloves, and I liked that there were options to either pre-book via our phones or through their tablets; we looked through, and there were fourteen gloves that matched our needs when we finished paying through the machine and within a few minutes we were able to collect it. The product isn't too good, but it fits our current needs. It felt a little cheap compared to the money we paid for. It's a good store but sometimes needs to be careful of the quality of products; if you know the brand well, then you're good to use this; if you don't, then it's a bit of a gamble.
