Dirty glasses, dirty cutlery, sour milk in coffee. The staff were pleasant enough and the food was nice but all let down by the cleanliness issues. I visit the Spencer Arms with friends every now and again, and each time we do, we find the customer service, food, atmosphere, and overall authenticity to be exceptional. The menu is well-organised, and there is ample seating both indoors and outdoors, along with convenient parking facilities, especially for the bikes.... read full comment

I have been to several GK pubs and I did not have a good experience on my recent visit. I found the staff unwelcoming (blonde female). The younger dark haired female was friendly however.
