Waiting a very long time in reception with a queue building behind me, finally somebody realised the bell in the back wasn't working, next as I was being dealt with the staff member had to rush off to give somebody 1st Aid. The books I was sending were searched page by page to be sure I wasn't smuggling I don't know what, standard practice they said. I will use them again and hopefully I won't be there for so long. Staff were polite and helpful.”
