Decent store parking lot is a little strange. Difficult to get in and out of. The service was not great but not terrible. Prices seem to be high.

It sells grocery stuff , I like waitrose because the people are well behaved and no horrible kids, it's a civilised experience

Very friendly and helpful staff. However, the product I wanted to try the person was not in that day who was trained. So one of the staff show me how to use it as she had seen how to use. I found this helpful.
