Shopped here for years , every time I encounter a certain member of staff, this individual is Rude, unpleasant and totally unreasonable, asks for ID from the same person multiple times a day, week , month and seems to find it like a game asking fully grown adults for proof of ID just to buy an energy drink?. Absolutely ridiculous after serving the same person tobacco not long before hand? Store desperately needs re staffing

This store has gone downhill massively. Been going here for years and years but the checkout staff are rude, the music is weirdly loud now, the shop is a mess and they had literally NO carrier bags today so I had to walk home with my shopping in my arms.

The lady at the checkout couldn't let me and my colleague buy wine despite having digital id. She was so rude and totally embarrassed us in front of other customers. She offended me by saying I look like a kid and told my colleague she is buying alcohol for a kid.

This store has gone down hill. They no longer stock there shelfs in the evening causing cages, card board on the shop floor, looks awful and congestion. There fridges had no lights on and fragmented shelfs. Awful experience. So off to sainsburys

My partner and I have gone into our local Tesco of which we visit at least 3 times a week, i myself am 21 and my partner is 24, we regularly buy alcohol and tobacco from here and tonight my partner tried to purchase a can of monster of which he was refused after showing ID because i did not have ID, I don?t believe it is right I was asked to show ID for a drink I was not buying and my partner to be refused regardless of the fact he is 9 years older than the legal age of energy drinks which is 16! The lady was rude and when she called her ?manager? who looks around 5 years younger than us who also proceeded to be rude and refuse sale, will not be shopping here again and a formal complaint will be going ahead. It appears this is a regular thing where another customer in the store in her mid 30s is asked for ID regardless to her clearly not being below 18 it just appears the staff like to cause a scene.

Sadly ordering fruit and vegetables from this little Tesco's is not worth it. Everytime I get disappointed with the quality. Getting branded items is okay. Buying fresh groceries is a no no.
