Shopped here for years , every time I encounter a certain member of staff, this individual is Rude, unpleasant and totally unreasonable, asks for ID from the same person multiple times a day, week , month and seems to find it like a game asking fully grown adults for proof of ID just to buy an energy drink…. This store has gone downhill massively. Been going here for years and years but the checkout staff are rude, the music is weirdly loud now, the shop is a mess and they had literally NO carrier bags today so I had to walk home with my shopping in my arms.
