We called this taxi company to inquire about a longer journey, and the man on the phone was incredibly rude throughout the entire conversation. When he gave us a price—almost double what other companies quoted—we refused the offer. His response? “F*ing hell!”

Dispatcher won't win any awards for customer service and bookings need to be double checked before the taxi arrives. Booking was taken for a different time to the one given but replacement was arranged quickly and we arrived on time.

I called and the guy on the phone “Ray” was rude i asked him how much it is and asked him would he price match and he said “ 7 pounds byee” and hanged up the phone , you reviews are not great better take care of your company and stop paying money to morons you call employees.
