Food is often undercooked or burnt but thats nothing compared to the foul staff. Took around 30 seconds to decide what i wanted to eat then started shouting at me for wasting their time, i started telling this lady my order and she had the worst attitude after every topping to my sandwich. Then i stopped to think about what other meats i wanted and she gave me less than 5 seconds before having another go at me and leaving my sandwich to someone else. This is not the first time i have been treated badly by this woman, please do not come here. Oh and not to mention the overcharging on everything if stuff doesn't go there way. I got charged 2-3 pounds more than usual and my friend ( his first time coming here), got charged a pound more just because he was with me.

The six Inch sub was tasty, but I think they charged for a foot long meal deal. Turned out quite expensive. I paid £8.99 for a 6 inch meal deal.

Lady was really horrible to me and my group of freinds when we asked for one more minute to think about our order , sandwich shop across the high street is far better , traditional family bakery it is called never going again

The manager called Annie is extremely rude and when asked to speak to customers nicely she got really angry and raised her voice, while I was sat with my partner having our food she started a conversation with her colleague in a foreign language talking about us and laughing, I really don't appreciate this, I've been to a lot of subways over the years but never had such experience, will not be retuning to this store, this has been reported to the Head office and will also get escalated to trading standards.

I'll start with a positive - going in store is absolutely fine, great customer service, food is consistently good and the service is always quick.
Sadly the same can't be said for online orders. Placed an order through justeat and called an hour later to find out whether it had been confirmed to be told that they aren't doing delivery today. Why is it still an option to order for delivery then? Why is my money still being taken with no intention of providing the service? I told the woman on the phone that the payment had been taken and she said my food may arrive tomorrow. Sorry what? Thankfully managed to cancel via justeat and get a refund but the customer service from this subway branch is awful when it comes to online orders! I won't be ordering again.

I just took my food but have to give a review immediately simply for one lady among them always super angry and anytime she sees me she frown her face to me and very rude of way talking to me. If you have problems leave them home not at work or else soon i will give you the worse. The other 2 ladies are so lovely and gives you a welcome.
