New broom has swept clean, wonderfully cheerful attentive staff, even remember my name now making the transaction personal and friendly. My prescriptions are always ready and waiting . I never wait more than five minutes, and haven?t been told they don?t have something in stock anymore. All I can say is I appreciate you!

No problems from me. Attentive and fast, I've not yet experienced what everyone else is complaining about. However being shut on the weekend and apparently closing at lunch times might become a pain.

One star is too much for this pharmacy. Staff very rude and said they?d given me my medication when they hadn?t it turned up two weeks later in a bag of prescribed medicine from my Dr. This caused me a lot of stress . They treated me so badly very rude. I will never use this pharmacy again. Don?t use this chemist if you suffer with PTSD or any other mental illness

I phoned the pharmacy and requested a tablet which was unavailable at other Pharmacy (10) they had it saved my a load of heart ache.I went too the pharmacy the next day and I was greeted with very nice staff and nothing was too much for them (I was even offered a blood pressure check which I declined due too knowing it was high lol)I was given the tablets and was out of there less than 10 minutes well done too the staff.

Moved from another pharmacy after several unpleasant experiences. Always helpful, kind and polite. Understand it?s likely people don?t feel their best and so go out of their way to be kind and nice. Pick up their phones. Let you know there will be a wait. Absolute breath of fresh air after the previous one.

I appreciate Lark rise is a very busy pharmacy and the staff are generally under pressure,I have always been polite and understanding when my pre-ordered prescription isn?t ready to pick up (even after 14 day post ordering) I have often offered to come back another day.Due to closing the pharmacy on Saturday?s, not being unable to pick up my prescription during the week as I am at work, but mainly because of the rudeness of some members of staff, I will be moving to Boots.

Had to return several times to collect. Seem to have lots of staff working but they don't get the prescriptions out in a timely manner. Lots of dissatisfied people in the store waiting for longer than should be necessary. Staff don't seem to be interested in customer service.
