Ordered our food. Part of our order missed off, driver said it was in the car and didn't come back. phoned the shop to be told we will get it when we get it.
Pretty disappointing that we haven't received the whole order and now we have to wait until the workers can be bothered to bring it back out. This should have been sorted right away not when you feel like it suits you.

Don?t waste your time, missed items and asked if I wanted a coupon instead? No want the items I paid for. They then delivered the item but missed the sauce too. Shocking.

Delivery order took over 2 hours to arrive, although 24-31 minutes stated.
Called the shop twice checking where the food was, to be told delivery will be 15mins both times.
When food finally arrived it was stone cold, the wedges were inedible and the pizza's were stiff and lacking in toppings.
Will not order from here again and will use Caprinos

Used to get this frequently but the last time we had it, both of us were violently ill for the next 12 hours. Haven't had it since. Avoid.

Should have read the reviews. Wrong order and won?t have got it delivered if I didn?t walk down you to get it. When phoned back rude and useless staff. They hung up without suggesting a fix. Save your money. Over priced and shoddy service. Amazed they stay open. Will not be using again.

Great pizzas with fast turnaround. Atmosphere scored at 3 as it's a takeaway, not a restaurant.

Disappointed again! I ordered 2pizza to collect, waiting extra 30minutes than usually, found out one of pizza was wrong, returned back to shop, the staff is unfriendly and rude said that is my mistakes. Food is cold , poor service, not a good advertisement for the chain,Domino need to sort out these at Brackley asap

The staff are abrupt and rude on the phone. Always says 20 minutes for delivery so we select that option then wait over an hour for our food. It isn?t the cheapest takeaway going yet we try and somehow every single time we are disappointed. Don?t expect to be shouted at be staff when we ring up for an update on the delivery already 25 minutes after it should have arrived. Dominos need to sort something out at Brackley ASAP it is a disgrace for the franchise.

Visiting the area from Lincolnshire. Had this been my first Domino?s, then it would certainly be my last! The staff were unfriendly, unhelpful and unwelcoming. The food was dire. Not sure how you can go wrong with four pizzas, but they managed. Toppings non existent. The base was undercooked and had an odd, bitter aftertaste. £50 wasted!

We order from our local store in Brackley frequently, but last weekend was very poor, over an hour to wait for our pizzas, the forgot the drink ( but did bring those after) and the pizzas were barely warm. Not great.

Am a fan of domino's pizza, but unfortunately our visit was a very unpleasant experience due to the staff. I know its only a takeaway franchise, but staff are rude and just plain unaccommodating. Not a good advertisement for the chain ((

Got a pizza this evening from Domino?s in Brackley. Basic order, one large pizza with bbq base, onions & peppers. Got home, minimal sauce and cold.
