I needed somewhere to stop overnight. As always, I was respectful and went into see the staff to see if i was ok to park here for the night; they were more than happy and said I would be safe here for the night. The staff were really friendly and the facilities are really clean. Thank you so much for supporting us truckers!

This morning I had a very bad experience with a very rude member of staff. He was shouting to other staff members and was very rude to me, there was a small issue with the jet wash printer, he was told to write the number down for me to use, he refused and forced me to have a refund. Very threatening behaviour and very unacceptable, BP you can do much better!

We pulled in at this station on the 16th August because our car was showing the orange engine symbol and after waiting 23 hours for the RAC to turn up the staff at this station were all really helpful and we car'nt thank them enough. They were shocked as much as we were that we had to wait 23 hours for a breakdown service which we had cover for. Keep up the good work ?

Was here on Sunday evening and was told I needed ID to fill up MY car. I drove my car in, got out of the drivers seat, but still this ?wasn?t enough proof?. The legal age to buy petrol is 16, I?m 19 and clearly drove in. The bloke explained it?s ?challenge 25? but I passed two years ago, have been on the road for just over two, and have never. Ever. Once been asked for ID.
Suggestion might be that if you don?t want employees getting moaned at for ?just doing their job? maybe the ?challenge 25? stickers would be better to put on the petrol pumps, rather than the employees who clip it on last minute.

Not just a petrol station lots of fresh food and snacks available here. There was a great selection of sandwiches and hot foods as well as cold drinks and coffee.We stopped here whilst on a trip to the area. The lady on the checkout on Monday 8th April was really polite. Would recommend. 5*

Just writing to praise the quality of the pre heated cornish pasties. Briliant value, taste and quality. Look traditionally made and would just visit here to grab a couple. All the hot food seems to be just as good.

Just had a tyre malfunction and the lovely Billy helped us to change it! He was very lovely and kind and didn?t mind staying with us! Above and beyond for customer service! Give this man a raise! ?

Rewards cards are pointless. Use a reward card they say but they remove all the reasonably priced products like big cartoons of drink ?
