Front end damage to my car repaired through the insurance company and they did a decent job, car came back clean in and out.Nice and speedy service, decent loan car, good bunch in the office but the coffee needs improvement.No complaints at all, in fact, it was a much better experience than previous insurance repairs.Advice to BCW - sort your coffee out!

Took 7 weeks to repair my car. Came back filthy and no fuel. Never asked to go and look at my car to tell them what damage had been done. Had the police turn up yesterday as it turns out the driver returning my car had an altercation with another driver and never thought to mention it when dropping the car off! My car needs valeting now. Not happy with the level of service received.

Useless. Gave me courtesy vehicle with no fuel. Took much longer than they quoted. And still haven't got back to me to confirm when my vehicle will be ready. AVOID.
