A balance of proper music teaching with a focus on tunes pupils want to play. I am a 'mature student' getting going again after a long lay off and the teaching was adapted to suit me well - getting me practicing and filling gaps in theory. Equally there are some very young folk around just beginning and they all have smiles on their faces. Keep it up guys!

Our daughter loves her drumming lessons at the Musical Box! The set-up at the studio in Fritwell is slick, with two kits - it suits her really well. She lights up when she?s playing there, accompanied by her wonderful teacher, Gareth, who puts her at ease and brings the best out of her. I?m hoping she might have a go at playing at BoxFest this summer, where pupils get a chance to showcase their skills at a family-friendly outdoor event.Thank you TMB! Keep up the great work!

Jacob has made outstanding progress on his accoustic and electric guitar from the lessons at the music box he really enjoys it. I would highly recommend TMB.It would be great if they covered woodwind instruments like the sax maybe one day in the future.

The Musical Box is an amazing studio where young or older can learn all about music, be it singing, keyboard, guitar or drums. The tutors are friendly, professional and very experienced. My daughter has been learning the keyboard for a few years now and thoroughly enjoys learning to read and play music. They can help you prepare for exams or learn your favourite pieces of music. I would recommend anyone wanting to know more to come and check The Musical Box out.Edit.....6 years of lessons and we still feel the same!

Amazing atmosphere created by the owners and instructors of the Musical Box. It is clear that these guys put their hearts into this company, and it is always a pleasure to go to class and spend time at the school. Both me (guitar) and my daughter (piano) have had an amazing experiences!! Highly recommended!

A really professional but warm, friendly team. My tutor, James, quickly made me feel at ease and was so encouraging for my first guitar lessons. He is a lovely guy who is able to draw on loads of experience and can flexibly find lots of ways to get you quickly feeling progress. So customer focussed, their service is exceptional.
