I have returned an order to the Birmingham bull ring branch and it's been over 60 days and I have not gotten the refund. Checked with my bank and there was nothing refunded to my credit card.
I have all the names of the customer service reps I've spoken to through their live chat. All the chats and how terribly incompetent they are. They repeat the same thing, that someone is gonna call/email me in 48 hours maximum and no one ever does. I reached out to them here as well and they haven't responded either.

Shopped in Disney springs store and prices that rang up were more than the tag showed and when I reached out they said it doesn?t matter what the tags states said, only how much it rings up?really??? Then spoke with CS and they said ?oh 19.90 is euros?. How does 19.90 convert to over 35 US dollars. Customer service was very rude and said they wouldn?t do anything. Store is 2 hours away to return items at this point. Wont make that mistake again.

Anfang März habe ich eine Online-Bestellung aufgegeben und als Lieferadresse eine Postfiliale angegeben, damit ich mein Paket dort abholen kann. Leider hatte ich Pech, denn einen Tag bevor ich mein Paket abholen wollte, wurden in der Postfiliale mehrere Pakete gestohlen. Der Mitarbeiter vor Ort gab mir das Polizeiliche Aktenzeichen, damit ich es Zara weiterleite, damit sie eine Reklamation bei DHL einreichen können.
Bis jetzt hat Zara mir mehrfach per E-Mail und im Chat geantwortet, dass ich selbst die Beschwerde bei DHL einreichen und meine Rechnung bei Klarna bezahlen muss ? obwohl DHL eindeutig sagt, dass Zara einen Nachforschungsauftrag stellen muss, weil der Haftungsanspruch nur beim Absender liegt.
Zara will nur, dass ich bezahle, ohne eine Lösung anzubieten.
Der Kundenservice ist der schlechteste ? sie wollen nur dein Geld, egal ob du deine Ware erhalten hast oder nicht. Das interessiert sie nicht.
Nie wieder werde ich bei Zara einkaufen!

I placed a substantial order. Yet out of 22 items i only recieved 5!!! i am a regular customer at ZARA. and they are refusing to give me a refund (almost £400 worth) DISGUSTING! DO NOT BUY!!!!!

bad service and terrible quality. I ordered two shoes and received them both factory damaged. I asked for a response, but they didn't even reply. Very careless, irresponsible group of people/managers. I do not recommend dealing with them. I am very offended and disappointed by your inattention!

Got some great men's fragrances at Zara 100ml Eau de parfum, tobacco woody winter scents, great projection and longevity £17.99. Just one observation Zara, turn down the temperature in your stores, like a ruddy sauna in there ?

Extremely stressful. Tried on several attempts to exchange clothes for a smaller size, first time told I need email of purchase for receipt, got that then returned a week later to be told I need email with QR code which I never got. Really unhelpful staff especially when I asked what store I could exchange from if I couldn?t get in York store
