Great experience selling my house with Yourmove Anscomb. Honest and accurate valuation advice from Scott Anscomb and then Rob Beadle achieved my asking price within 2 weeks. The process was then managed really well by Rob, with support from others (emma etc). They kept me up to date at all times and chased solitictors on my behalf to keep the process moving, which really put my mind at ease. Would 100% recommend and would definitely use again. Thanks again for your support and hard work.

We feel very fortunate to have both found our dream home and sold our previous house through Your Move. Scott and Sam have been fantastic throughout the whole process.

Throughout a long 14 months process to move house, Sam couldn?t have been any better to work with. He always replied to our queries quickly and efficiently, worked hard to FINALLY get us over the line and fully supported us.
We originally chose Your Move as Craig was extremely friendly and understood we were new at the process, he felt trust worthy which the company definitely turned out to be.

It was not the first time we have used Your Move, we had such a great service from them previously and we wanted to use them again. From the outset with the valuation, Craig provided specific information and advice ahead of the property going on the market. The best decision I made when I was ready to put my house on the market was to approach Anscombs to act for me. I wanted a long-established estate agent with detailed knowledge of the local market. Thank you Scott and all at Yourmove for all your hard work from start to finish. We bought a very large property and converted this into 2 smaller properties . With Scott's advice and guidance he helped us make the choices in pricing them and selling them within a week of going on the market. We found it very easy to communicate through the what'sapp group. We have very recently moved into our new home which we were buying through Your Move-York (selling through another estate agent). The process itself was made much more bearable due to Rob B at Your Move who we would have been lost without, He ensured we were kept up to date, chased solicitors and our long chain almost daily to ensure everything was running as smoothly as it could. Also a mention to Liz at the branch who always replied to emails on Rob?s days off. Honestly cannot recommend Your Move enough, and we are just sorry we didn?t use Rob for our sale too.
