Customer service...there isn't any. Waited nearly two weeks for a part for my 80 year old fathers boiler. They said it would arrive...it didn't...said they would call with updates...they didn't..was going to cost around £60.00 we would have paid anything to get his boiler going...In the end we ordered the part from ITALY. Cost £6.67 plus £16.00 postage..Ordered on Friday .arrived..Monday morning...now that's customer service...Take note Parts Centre...didn't want to give one star but wouldn't let me post review without giving it..
