Bad experience trying to get my refund from a cancelled order. Cancelled order a week prior to delivery date via telephone and told that refund would take a few days. Still not received refund after 10 days despite messages and telephone calls to them. They told me that because I had ordered via the App that it would be Head Office that would put refund through. Customer Helpline told me that they have emailed Head Office on a number of occasions to chase it up but Head Office never acknowledge them. Now having to wait 21 days to contact my bank for the refund or take Wiltshire Farm Foods to Small Claims Court!
I will never order from them again!
