Shocking service putting young staff on lottery till when they Carnt serve lottery or cigarettes bad management no wonder queues long every sale has to be authorised surely put an over. 18 on the till I get there is challenge 25 but makes no sense at all to put a minor on a lottery tillPs till will be up today also we were short changed !

Went to make a purchase and items scanning at higher prices than what is printed on the tag attached to the product. Second time this has happened. (First time was a book, they were selling for more than the RRP, which I understand they are entitled to do so.) But this product was their own branded product with the price displayed and attached to the product and the same price also on the shelf ticket.
