Overpriced and very slow service. Post office is badly integrated as you can't buy packages from Smith's to use for posting in the post office.

Popped in for a bite before work and noticed that it was filled with dirty tables which made me want to take away as i went to get my tuna sandwich i noticed a pair of scissors just lying there as i gave it to the guy working he looked completely clueless, once my food was cooked they picked it up with their hands!! and just shoved it in the packaging so when it came to eating it, most of the tuna and cheese was stuck to the top and it was not enjoyable. I wish I went back to complain and get my money back but I just didn't have time by then

Great selection of books, stationary and magazines. Easy to locate items and the staff are friendly, especially the woman who served me upstairs.

This place is the reason I now have a hatred for coffee I visited here once and most likely never again I had waited in a long queue when finally managing to see the person behind the counter I was shouting at by a group of angry teenagers who I had annoyed after cutting in line and they were angry and I meant angry I politely told the "leader" of the group and he was cross I was like who are you and he looked me dead in the eyes and said you are an ***hole and I was thinking you rude little boy you should go on the naughty step he was upset because he couldn?t get his cappuchinoh or whatever it's called anyway I didn't even order a coffee I just walked out and shouted hay who's bike is this it wasn?t there witch was embarrassing if you like coffee and a annoying teen less world don't come here

Words evade me that I can use to describe the lack of customer care in this store. I have a disability and tried to call the store to see if they had an item in, no answer on all four attempts .So I travel to the store and ask a floor staff member who responded, over there somewhere. I asked to see the manager, I waited and waited for 20 minutes.I then called head office, auto answer with new number, I called the new number which gate me an email address.For a company that was driven to almost administration you would think they would be fine tuning there services but no,This business does not deserve to survive and to be honest I don't care if it does.

Terrible. We could not bring ourselves to order a drink due to the strong smell of urine from across the other side of the shop. Premium prices for an extremely dirty and unhygienic branch, I expected more from Costa, especially at a York branch.

Quite frankly appalled at my recent visit here. Shop felt like an obstacle course to move around, staff nearly nowhere to be seen in such a big shop. Spent a fair while waiting at self services, I'm older so new to this generation of technology and needed assistance. Never received it. Left with what I came in with, nothing. :(
