Excellent. Waited as was busy and was seen by Mark and had my problem resolved in good time. Wasn?t an everyday issue so was very pleased it could be resolved then and there. Mark was very helpful. 5/5.

Purchased a Vodafone SIM at Sainsbury (never do that) & instead of unlimited calls & 7GB of data my plan ran out in 24 hours, stopped at York's Vodafone store & Craig the manager sorted out the problem with tons of patience. Great service.

Not the best as a Vodafone customer I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to come free and then the cheapest contact offered was pretty much double the price I could get from a third party company! Not sure how this company is still making a profit? Do people not shop around!!!!!

Really appreciated the help I received tonight.Arrived at closing time, but that was no problem for the staff.Johnny answered all my questions in a knowledgeable and polite manner. This Aussie traveller was having big problems renewing his pay as you go sim plan. Tried everything. Dropped in here and Kelly sorted it out. She was so calm, friendly, understanding, efficient and empathic... I wasn't looking forward to fighting with a consultant but she confirmed it hadn't been set up properly and she sorted it. ?

Didn't really get what I needed but if you look REAL close you can see The Phone Doctor in the picture where I was given Personal and VERY professional advice and service for my phone and I can highly recommend this place for your gadgets repairs

Went in to get a new phone, as the old one had died after 5 years.Ellie was a really helpful sales person; she knew her stuff, didn't try to persuade me into a deal I didn't need or a more expensive phone. I am really happy with the new phone (Samsung A10) and the unlimited call, text and internet access deal, at a good price.

Disgusting the way they store their rubbish 0utside. No flatpacking their boxes. Just more or less flytipping their rubbish outside where people are also walking past and putting rubbish on top of it. It says to me the workers are very lazy and the manager must not be much better. This has been frequent over the last few weeks running up to Christmas
