August 25, the Bank holiday, understood. But since you decided you will be working, please work. If you have glitches in the system please let the people know, not keeping them waiting for who knows what, who knows whom and God knows for how long. People might have no time for it. The experience I had with Vodafone York was the best possible. Even though I had to wait around 10-15 minutes, while I was discussing my options with Nick, the manager, I was well treated. Nick was very empathic and showed care with me, his staff and other costumer. It was the end of the day, so he must've been really tired but he treated me really well and with a high energy.
When I got back to take my order, the staff that helped were helpful and also had a good energy! Would definitely recommend

I've been a Vodafone customer for six years, and my experience has been increasingly unsatisfactory, particularly regarding coverage and internet reliability. Despite being one of the largest telecom providers, Vodafone struggles to provide consistent service in major cities, which is incredibly frustrating.
Firstly, the network coverage is highly unreliable. In several central areas where one would expect strong signals, Vodafone often fails to deliver. Dropped calls and the inability to connect are common issues, making it difficult to rely on Vodafone for any important communication needs.
Moreover, the internet service is plagued with constant problems. Even in well-populated and tech-savvy urban centers, the internet speed is disappointing. Frequent slowdowns, interruptions, and complete outages have become a regular occurrence. This is unacceptable in today's digital age where reliable internet is essential for both personal and professional tasks.
Despite raising these issues multiple times with customer service, the problems persist. The support team offers standard responses and temporary fixes, but the underlying issues remain unresolved.
In summary, Vodafone's inability to provide stable network coverage and reliable internet service in major cities is a significant drawback. After six years as a loyal customer, I am seriously considering switching to another provider. I would not recommend Vodafone to anyone who relies on consistent and dependable mobile service.

Over the last month I paid £40 to have mobile internet connected, but I still haven?t received what I paid for. The staff is friendly but absolutely does not fulfill their function. I waited in line for one hour to connect the Internet, received an SMS that the Internet was connected, but after 15 minutes I discovered that it was not connected, and this is not the first time this situation has happened.
Every time a simple top up procedure turns into a torture and because of this I have to spend extra money and time to finally get what I need.
I have used the Vodafone service in other cities before and have never had such kind of problems. But this branch in York is striking in the incompetence of the staff.
I am a very patient and understanding person, but there is a limit to any patience. If a branch manager is reading this review, please make an effort to train your staff properly and optimize the work process in your brunch.

I had a great experience today with Craig. He was able to handle my complaint with great professionalism and kindness, he explained the whole process to me in detail so that I understood every step, and gave me the information I needed. This is a perfect example that mistakes happen, but by the way they are managed you understand the quality of customer service and the value of the company. Great Job Vodafone and thanks Craig for your invaluable help.

This has to be the most unpleasant customer service ever ! Went in for a simple top up voucher, first got asked to wait, no problems. Took over 15 minutes, then got served. Got asked a number of silly irrelevant questions that had no bearing on my transaction. After all this nonsense - I politely asked for a top up but then said he had to get this authoritsed by the team manager ! I eventually just left as it seemed very troublesome for them to do this. I don?t often leave reviews but for a company the size of Vodafone this was unbelievable. Please take on your customers feedback.
