Inaccurate information given by customer service representative about parking on a match day. I went to the manager office to query. It was agood job I did, they sorted the issue and validated my parking for 6 hours as I was slightly over the 2 hours on a match day. If I had listened to the rude priginal staff member I apoke with I would now have a parking fine.
