My daughter wanted a T-shirt, but unfortunately the only one they had was damaged.The assistant told us to go to the till to order one and get free next day delivery. For five days the money was pending in my daughter?s account and then disappeared. I got in touch with customer services by email which said someone would be in touch in 2-3 working days, and that did not happen.Then the money was pending again in my daughter?s account for another five days and again disappeared.This was freaking my daughter out not knowing what was going on. I got in touch yet again with customer services to say it looked like it wasn?t going to be delivered and stop trying to take money out. We got a cancelled order, but never got an explanation as to why/what was happening. Then an email was received to say she had a free next day delivery code.This was a total joke as she never got her order three weeks after being told she would get it the next day.This is an absolutely terrible service and my daughter will never shop again with this company.

Love UO but I bought a cute necklace last year, asked if I could use my student discount and the person at the till was very rude and passive aggressive for no reason :/ totally put me off coming back to the York UO store.

Staff were very friendly however i?m so disappointed with the lack of accessibility for a wheelchair user, like my mum. Got directed to the lift which was surrounded by random boxes full of coat hangers and other random things and when up the lift on the second floor there was stairs to go up to actually get onto the floor to the changing rooms

Very good selection here, especially the vintage section, lots of £10 trousers and jackets during the sale. Got plenty of discounted items but obviously the jeans will be £50+ new

Today we entered the York store fifteen minutes before closing only to be greeted with three members of staff staring at us, telling us we had to leave and if we wanted to buy something we had to do it now. They were extremely rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I told them I understood they were near close and rushed around to find the one skirt I was after. When telling them I just was looking for a skirt online I was greeted with a sarcastic response from the young man who told me ?well we?ve got loads?. If I could give them zero stars I would and I didn?t realise that fifteen minutes before store closing you could ambush customers out. Absolutely disgraceful.

The place was an absolute garbage dump, literally never been hoovered so there was old tissues, mud, receipts, SO MUCH DUST, sanitary product wrappers, old cans. I get the urban deco, but this place literally looks and smells like someone's old garage

I love urban outfitters, and wish I lived in a decent city that had one, so whenever I come across one when I'm travelling around, I have to go in. I love the decor, I love the slightly leftfield clothing... and I usually buy something, when it's in the sale of course, because the prices are silly. Bought a lovely shirt this time on my visit to York!

nice shop with great sales, had a great experience in the shop until we paid. a friend had a misunderstanding with another customer in the queue as they did not see the other customer was in the queue, this was handled with each-other and left be. as i was waiting to pay, the cashier proceeded to talk loudly with said other customer about my friend speaking unkindly about them and the situation making us all uncomfortable especially considering the other customer was borderline aggressive towards my friend. staff definitely need reminding on customer service aspects.
