Great service today at York station uppercrust. The guy on the counter was very polite and helpful. After serving me my coffee and sandwich I asked directions to my platform and he made the time to come out on to the platform to show me where I needed to be. Well done upper crust

Was served by Richard in york station after a 12 hour overnight shift. My food was fresh, hot and delicious. Customer service was just as amazing! Will definitely be back again :)
