Went into this Tui with my Nanny to help her book something and all the girls were so patient and kind, in particular (i think her name was Lucy) she made my Nan feel so special and looked after, had a good laugh with her as well and didn?t mind spending extra time to explain things clearly to her (as she?s a bit hard of hearing) I could tell they were busy but she didn?t make us feel rushed at all when I know it was taking up quite a bit of her time - Thank you all so much my Nan will definitely be coming back to this store for any other holidays xx

We visited TUI in York at the weekend to book our family holiday. Emmaleigh sat with us the whole way through booking our holiday online as the accommodation we wanted couldn't be booked direct through the store.
