Not very easy to deal with very difficult to get through on the phone , my local branch was closed so have to travel well over a hour that's if I can get a appointment which I could not get in a timely manner at this branch the girl on the phone suggested I take my custom elsewhere , had to make a appointment at a different branch , customer service not very good , they are just trying to push everyone on to Internet banking

Absolutely disgusting bank. Closed an account because I opened a fraud case and then I had to wait an hour in branch for them to reach ?the special team? and release my remaining funds

Received exceptional service by Imran when opening an account for my son. Easy process and telephone number direct to branch which was great.

Staff were friendly, polite and couldn't have been more helpful, answering my enquiry straight away. Covid precautions were extensive and clearly indicated on notices; hand sanitiser was provided and spare disposable masks available.

I would like the Manager of TSB on Parliament Street, York to know what amazing service I had this morning from the assistant called Liam. I have been trying to get back into my account for days & did not have any luck with calls on line. Liam was so patient & kind, he realised I was not putting the new info in fast enough, With only having 5 minutes to change everything so he kindly put in the things he was allowed to so I could just add the private part. Shocking availability. My father is 94, his wife died 3 weeks ago. He is deaf, has mobility issues and no transport. I have been ringing the local bank on and off for over a week to book an appointment. I only ever get a recorded message saying that they can't take the call, to 'pop in' if we are nearby or call back later. I needed to be certain that someone would be available to advise him on his account so wanted an appointment. Disgusted!
