Can?t fault these guys! Lucy Dalton has been amazing, so knowledgable and well organised, sorting out a four stop holiday for us, finding the best offers and prices! We could not have done it ourselves. Makes life so much easier when planning your holiday where ever you might go.

We have used Gavin at Trailfinders in York for two holidays. We went to the Seychelles this year and he couldn?t have arranged a better holiday for us and we have been to many top hotels around the world. The two destinations he chose were spot on for us as he understood what we wanted from a holiday.This definitely ranks in the top 5 holidays. Superb service throughout. He has also organised a two month trip for us next year and again fantastic advice and knowledge

The staff were so supportive and helpful. Suzanne organised my itinerary visiting three countries, my first time travelling alone after the death of my husband last year. I hadn?t flown for over 25years and then only to Ireland not Australia and I?m approaching eighty so was apprehensive. Everything worked like clockwork and after seven weeks away I am now planning my next expedition through York trailfinders. Thank you for helping me rebuild my confidence in myself and in all your staff.

Extremely disappointed. Went all the way to york today as I was highly recommended you. Arrived at 11 and waited about 40-50 minutes. There was 2 other couple waiting infront so we knew we would be an even longer waiting. So we said we would go shopping and come back. No staff mentioned appointments to us as I would have said when?s best to come back. We arrived back at 12.50 and the two couples what was infront was been seen so we knew we wouldn?t have much longer, 30 minutes later another couple walked in and a staff member came up to me and said the other couple was told to come back so they will be seen first. I was fuming as that same member of staff knew we was there before and didn?t say I word. Will not recommend you to anyone.

Thought I would give Trailfiders a go as they have good reviews. Was after a luxury last minute holiday. 20+ calls in the queue before me. Went elsewhere and got sorted on the day. I appreciate airline cancellations will be creating higher call volumes than normal. May try again for my next special holiday.

The rudest manager I've ever come across...shocking customer service from Gavin. My fiancé and I visited the store a few weeks ago, to enquire about our potential trip to California in a years' time. When specifically asked for my opinion about the quote (I wouldn't have said anything otherwise), I said thank you but am confident I can find a better deal elsewhere. Gavin then tried to get in to an argument with me, and made me feel so uncomfortable - I've never been spoken to so condescendingly! I've since found a deal half the price of what Gavin quoted, and have booked my California holiday for next year elsewhere (which is a shame as I was so eager to use Trailfinders for the first time!).Having said this, the other member of staff in the store at the time (unfortunately didn't get his name) was extremely pleasant, friendly, and welcoming - just the service we were hoping for!So disappointing...

Visited the Trailfinders office for pre arranged appointment in York. Bright, organised as we went in with a warm welcome. Met Gavin who dealt with our business in a friendly helpful and knowledgeable way. Felt confident and safe with his findings and our flights Would recommend and use the service again. Thank you.
