We shared cocktails here. The outside area which is part of the bridge was still flooded. It's very cosy with just enough room for seven people to sit. Lovely experience.

Lovely little park to sit at on a break, or to relax on an evening. Much quieter than other parks in York like Rowntrees or Museum Gardens, giving a very peaceful atmosphere.Playground: Not presentRestrooms: Not presentDog-friendliness: Dogs are allowed here.Picnic area: Plenty of short, flat grass areas and 6 tables with bench seating.

Totally neglected area. We found most of York in a state of decline since our last visit 2 years ago.

Lovely to sit by the river Ouse in York. Coffee from Dyls was OK, tho I had it as a takeaway. Dyls itself was jam packed

Visited York a few times but never found Tower Gardens. Take a break from wandering around the tat shops, and rest here for a while.
